Project of Poznan University of Technology scientists called the best innovative project in the 2016 ranking by Puls Biznesu

The team under the direction of Krzysztof Walas, PhD, Eng. from Institute of Control and Information Engineering designs a robotic arm, which aims to replace human work in industry.
Work on this invention is already in progress. The next phase of research will be funded by The National Centre for Research and Development within the ‘Lider VII’ programme.
‘Perception and control in the tasks of robotic manipulation of elastic objects’ project is pursued by: Krzysztof Walas PhD., Eng,  M.Sc.Eng. Tomasz Mańkowski and M.Sc.Eng. Jakub Tomczyński.
Robotic arm of such capabilities can be applied not only in industrial tasks, but also in prosthetic medicine.
